Project specifications: in an area land of 50500 square meters and the floor area of 170000 square meters close to Narenjestan Hotel 1.
The 34-storey, sell-shaped building including 225 residential units overlooking the seacoast has located a rotating restaurant in itself just as a pearl in shell. Other facilities include two recreation waterfronts with various restaurants, theater hall, swimming pool, sauna, conference hall, shopping center, gymnasium, 250 private parking lots for each residential unit and suspended gardens designed in the 3rd to 13th floors and applied as public and private terraces for each mentioned floor, an outdoor space area of 300 square meters containing unroofed trading and sport spaces and BMS (Building Management system).
Required investment: 800 billion Rials funded through sale of bonds and timesharing pre-sale.
Employment capacity: It is predicted that 100000 daily employed ones be involved in the project.
Current status of the project: the first and the second phases of project proposals have been already completed and approved. Necessary permits have been received and the primary arrangements made and the construction land prepared for implementation.
The project maintenance is rested upon Narenjestan Zibaye Shomal Co.
