Narenjestan 3 Project

Narenjestan 3 hotel apartments has been planned in a land area of 14400 square meters trapped between the sea and the forest, overlooking to the virgin mountainous sceneries of Mazandaran Land, with the least distance from the sea and exclusive 150-meter-long beach in Nowshahr enjoying the best climate in North of Iran.

This beach-adjacent piece of land in the beach road of the north– called as border line –with a specific geographical location has made the building very outstanding and unique.

The hotel, in an eight-block floor area of 75000 square meters, includes 212 residential suites of single-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom duplex units, penthouse, 39 business units, gym, restaurant, parking and other amusement and recreation facilities. The height of the blocks varies from 9 to15 floors.

The luxurious hotel lobby is distinct from all other hotel apartments lobbies in Iran in terms of visual variety, modern building materials used in international leading hotels and facilities such as gym, standard housekeeping and servicing rooms and recreation waterfront.

Construction began in 2003. Having implemented the early stages including preparation of land, pile driving and frame structure installation, a significant part of the construction project had been completed by the then executive group during 2006 and 2010. In 2011, by the completion of structural steel frame and a significant part of the building architecture (according to the then consultant maps), the project was transferred to Narenjestan Construction Development Company in the current situation.

Narenjestan Construction Development co. intends to start a new recreation-tourist project titled as “Narenjestan Hotel Apartment 3” and apply new design methods for hotel apartments in order to renovate the building and bring life back to the heart of Mazandaran land by another offering from Narenjestan Co.

Narenjestan construction group by the management of Mr. Saeed Mohabat, the engineer, and in cooperation with the Rahemi Nejad Counseling Engineers Group is responsible for execution, renovation and revival of this building and is seeking to apply new design methods and competent technicians to accomplish the task in accordance with the executive policies governing Narenjestan Co. construction projects.

At present, the early steps for the design and reconstruction has been taken, and in near future, having started the executive purposes, the project complementary information as well as the quality of trading and residential units` pre-sale and timeshare ownership will be announced.
